Reservations and Arrivals
Are pets welcome at the campsite?+-
Absolutely! For a daily fee, your pets are welcome to join you on your vacation with us!
A valid vaccination record must be presented upon arrival.
Please note that we do not accept Category 1 dogs or NAC (New Companion Animals).
What should I do in case of a late arrival or if I arrive outside reception hours?+-
Simply contact our reception team in advance via email or phone to learn about our late arrival procedure.
What payment methods are accepted at the campsite counter?+-
During or at the end of your stay, you can pay for extras using the following payment methods: Bank card or Cash
What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?+-
If you cancel your stay without having taken out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, no refund will be possible.
If you have subscribed to cancellation insurance, you will need to contact the insurance company directly with your supporting documents.
What information should I provide in advance to ensure a smooth arrival?+-
To facilitate your arrival, please complete your file in advance with your personal details (postal address, email, full name, date of birth of participants, and vehicle registration number).
Upon arrival, you will only need to leave a security deposit (by check or bank imprint) and present an ID for a quick and smooth check-in!
Rentals
Are bed linens and towels included in all rentals?+-
No, they are only included in the LOVE CABANE and the COTTAGE DU RESINIER (1-bedroom). For other rentals, you can add them as extras to your stay.
Is the end-of-stay cleaning included in my reservation?+-
No, the end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the stay price.
Before your departure, you are required to clean your accommodation and its equipment, as well as empty and take out the trash.
You can opt for the cleaning package for an additional €70.
If you choose this option, you must still take out the trash, do the dishes, and leave the sanitary facilities clean.
Do the rentals have air conditioning?+-
No, our accommodations do not have air conditioning. However, the dense vegetation of the campsite provides natural freshness.
Is a security deposit required upon arrival?+-
Yes, a deposit of €250 will be required upon check-in, either by bank imprint or check. It will be refunded upon your departure.
Do all rentals have a television?+-
Televisions are available in most rentals, except for cabins (Love Cabane, Cabane du Ferret, and Cabane Tchanquée).
Is parking available directly in front of each rental?+-
No, some areas of the campsite are pedestrian-only. Please contact our reception for more information if needed.
What are the check-out times?+-
For rentals, check-out is before 10 AM. To ensure a smooth transition between guests, late check-outs are not permitted.
Pitches for Caravans, Tents, and Motorhomes
How can I ensure I have a pitch suited to my equipment?+-
When booking online, you will find a section labeled “Camping Equipment & Size.” Please indicate the size and type of your equipment. Our team will do their best to allocate the most suitable pitch.
Do I need to leave a security deposit?+-
No, a deposit is not required for pitches. A deposit can be required for bike's rental.
What are the check-out times?+-
For pitches, check-out is before 12 PM. Late check-outs are not permitted.
Life at the Campsite
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the campsite?+-
Yes! There are three charging stations located near the reception. All connection details are available at reception.
Does the campsite have a swimming pool?+-
No, unfortunately, our campsite does not have a swimming pool.
Are groups allowed at the campsite?+-
Unfortunately, no. Our campsite is designed to offer a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere, which is why we do not accommodate groups.
Is WiFi available?+-
Yes, WiFi is available throughout the campsite and is included in the price. However, due to the dense vegetation, the best reception is in the common area at the campsite entrance.
Is there a kids' club at the campsite?+-
Yes, in July and August, for children aged 3 to 12.
Can I rent bicycles at the campsite?+-
Yes, we offer rentals for hybrid bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes, children's bikes, baby seats, and trailers.
Is there a bread delivery service?+-
Yes, you can order bread and pastries the day before for next-day delivery. Fresh goods are provided by our baker every morning throughout the season.
What are the gate hours for entry and exit?+-
The gates are open from 8 AM to 11 PM. After 11 PM, you will need to park at reception and walk to your rental or pitch.
Surroundings
How far is the campsite from the beach?+-
The nearest ocean beach is Grand Crohot Beach, located 9 km away (about a 10-minute drive).
For the Bassin d'Arcachon, the nearest beach is in Arès, 6 km away (also about a 10-minute drive).
How far is the campsite from Cap Ferret?+-
The campsite is 25 km from the tip of Cap Ferret.
Are there cycling paths near the campsite?+-
Yes! The Vélodyssée cycle path is just 2 minutes away, and there is a cycle path right in front of our entrance.
Are there bus connections near the campsite?+-
Yes, a bus connecting Bordeaux to Cap Ferret stops 1 km from the campsite. It's number 412 from ALEGO.
Where is the nearest tourist office?+-
The Tourist Office of the Cap Ferret Peninsula is located in Claouey, 8 km away.
